In the process of reviewing the manuscript, a double blind review is carried out, in which the author does not know who is reviewing the manuscript and vice versa, the reviewer does not know the owner of the reviewed manuscript. This is done so that the script review process can run objectively. Therefore, the editor should not notify the author of the reviewer who reviewed the manuscript and also on the contrary the editor does not notify reviewer of the manuscript owner.

Publication Ethics

For The Author:

  1. Reporting Standards: The author must present an accurate report on the original research conducted as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Researchers must display their results honestly and without contrived, falsified or inappropriate data manipulation. A manuscript must contain sufficient details and references to allow others to repeat the study. Cheating or intentionally presenting inaccurate data constitutes unethical and unacceptable behavior. The manuscript must follow the journal submission guidelines.
  2. Originality and Plagiarism: The author must make sure to write the original work completely. Manuscripts may not be submitted simultaneously to more than one publisher unless the editor has agreed to a joint publication. Previous relevant works and publications, both by other researchers and by the author, should be properly acknowledged and referenced. Primary literature should be cited where possible. Original words taken directly from publication by other researchers must appear in quotation marks in accordance with the standard quotation techniques.
  3. Double, Redundant,or Concurrent Publications: In general, authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously constitutes unethical and unacceptable behavior. Multiple publications originating from a single research project must be clearly identified and major publications should be referenced
  4. Source Recognition: The author must acknowledge all data sources used in the study by doing the citing. Proper recognition of the work of others must always be done.
  5. Authorship Article: The authorship of a research publication must accurately reflect an individual's contribution to his work and reporting. Authorship should be limited to those who have contributed significantly to the conception, design, implementation or interpretation of reported research. Others who have made significant contributions must be listed as co-authors. The author also ensures that all authors have seen and approved the submitted version of the manuscript and the inclusion of their name as co-authors.
  6. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest: All authors must clearly disclose in their manuscript any other financial or substantive conflicts of interest that may be construed to influence the outcome or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project must be disclosed.
  7. Fundamental Errors in Published Works: If the author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in the submitted manuscript, then the author must immediately notify the journal editor or publisher and work with the editor to withdraw or correct the manuscript.
  8. Field Research: Authors are required to send a research permit letter by the relevant institution. The research permit is submitted on the supplementary file. The reason is that the journal manager knows that there is approval from the relevant institution (s) regarding the research conducted by the author.

  1. Publication Decision: Based on review reports from reviewers, editors can accept, reject, or request modifications to the script. Validation of questionable work and importance to researchers and readers should always drive such decisions. Editors can be guided by the journal's editorial board policies and are limited by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors can confer with other teams of editors in making this decision. Editors must be responsible for everything they publish and must have procedures and policies in place to ensure the quality of the materials they publish and maintain the integrity of published articles.
  2. Script Review: Editors must ensure that each manuscript is first evaluated by the editor for originality and conformity to the scope of the journal. Editors must ensure a fair and prudent peer review process. The editor must explain the peer review process through information for the author. Editors should run appropriate peer reviewers of manuscripts considered for publication by selecting people with sufficient and relevant expertise and seeking to avoid conflicts of interest.
  3. Fair Play: Editors must ensure that every manuscript received by the journal is reviewed in terms of its intellectual content without specifying the author's gender, race, religion, nationality, etc.
  4. Confidentiality: Editors must ensure that information about the manuscript submitted by the author is kept confidential. Editors should critically assess any potential data protection breaches and author confidentiality.
  5. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest: The Journal Editor will not use material not intended for publication disclosed in manuscripts submitted without the written consent of the author. Editors should not be involved in decisions about manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
